As a former caregiver myself for over 20 years, my education background combined with my personal caregiving experience has inspired me to coach others. Caregiver Coaching
Although caregiving is a uniquely rewarding experience, it can also be a mentally and physically demanding job. It can have a negative impact on your physical and mental well-being if you do not have proper support. Burnout is known to be one of the worst enemies of a caregiver, causing caregivers to quickly grow into anger, resentment and depression when left unchecked. Services like Caregiver Coaching can help you provide high-quality care while also achieving emotional stability. By choosing to work with me, I can help you work through your emotions, learn to set boundaries, improve problem-solving skills, and better communication with you and your care recipient and other family members.

Stress can get the best of any of us; and self care is known to be a crucial part towards leading a stress free life. However, exercising self care can look different for everyone. I can assist you in defining what self care means for your personal physical and mental health. Bringing you one step closer to a life of fulfillment.
Internal and external pain often holds us back in daily life. I am trained in multiple modalities that can help relieve pain and improve overall health. I am a Certified Massage Therapist, trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, and Sports massages. I am also trained in Graston Therapy, an evidence-based method of using instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization to improve quicker outcomes of soft tissue lesions, adhesions, “knots”, and scar tissue. Neural Reset Therapy (NRT) may also help you. NRT is a pain free modality that briefly stimulates the selected muscles through taping or vibration on the muscle to help release tightness causing pain.
